Renovation of a former Naval building in Charleston harbor for conversion to a restaurant and bar.  Winner of a Carolopolis Award for Preservation, the renovation highlights the existing building’s dramatic waterfront location and documents the city’s proud maritime heritage. Raw concrete is exposed throughout, watery themes are emphasized in the restaurant’s decor and porch dining is prioritized.
